Ki Manteb Sudarsono Delivers Kresno Duto Story in All-Night Wayang Kulit Performance

Tonight, Maestro of Wayang Kulit (Javanese Shadow Puppet), Ki Manteb Sudarsono tells a story about 'Kresno Duto, Sang Duto Pamungkas' for an all-night Wayang Kulit performance at City Hall, Central Jakarta.

"This story tells about a trustworthy leadership," said Ki Manteb Sudarsono, Saturday (9/14) night.

According to him, he picked this story because it has philosophical story as the same as Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan.  

Tonight, Wayang Kulit Performance will Be Held at City Hall

For information, Kresno Duto is representative of Pandawa who leads Astina Kingdom. Kresno not only acts as the representative of Pandawa but also its people.

"Hopefully Mr. Anies can also be a representative as well as leader of the people, bring happiness to them, and make the city become better," he stated.
